The whisper
It started as a quiet little dream.
Morgan’s days were full long before Lette Shea Boutique existed. Three young kids, a rhythm of morning snuggles and sticky hands and ponytails and prayers — the beautiful, exhausting, sacred work of being mom.
And underneath it all, a whisper she couldn’t quite shake. A nudge that wouldn’t leave her alone. That feeling of being made for this — and also for something else, too. A dream she had been quietly tucking into her heart, between school drop-offs and bedtime stories, telling herself “someday.”
Somewhere along the way, “someday” started feeling a lot like “now.”
The leap
Stepping way out of the comfort zone.
Here’s the truth: Morgan is a stay-at-home mom of three little ones, and starting a boutique was not on a comfortable, easy, color-coded plan. This dream pulled her out of the familiar, out of the safe, out of the “but what if I can’t” — and into something bigger than she could do on her own.
And that’s exactly the point. Faith doesn’t live in the comfort zone. The most beautiful things God grows in us are usually planted in the soil of the things that scare us a little. So she said yes anyway. Scared, hopeful, exhausted, and so ready.
The partnership
She has the vision. I have her back.
I saw the dream in Morgan before she felt ready to say it out loud. So my job — happily — is to clear the runway. To take everything I can off her plate so she gets to focus on the parts only she can do.
Morgan picks every piece. Morgan runs the live sales. Morgan is the eye, the taste, and the heart of Lette Shea Boutique. That’s the magic, and I’m not about to touch it.
Everything else — the website you’re reading right now, the back end, the shipping, the photos, the apps, the late-night problem-solving, the “hey, can you figure this out” texts — that’s mine. We split this thing right down the middle so she can chase what she’s great at without carrying the weight of everything around it.
That’s what supporting a dream actually looks like for us. Not standing on the sidelines cheering — sleeves up, in it, every day.
